Due to our overwhelmingly positive response to our Senior Wellness Program last September, we have decided to continue to offer this program on a year-round basis. Basically, this special offer consists of a comprehensive blood profile and urinalysis at a discounted price for dogs and cats 8 years of age or older.

We believe that this type of laboratory testing, preformed on a yearly basis, is extremely important in ensuring the health of your senior pet. Many disease conditions common in our older companions can be difficult or impossible to detect on physical examination alone. Very commonly, these abnormalities can be detected via this testing and addressed by nutritional or herbal means, before they turn into serious problems.

By including the Senior Wellness Program as a part of your pet’s yearly exam, we can help insure that your animal companions will live happy, healthy long lives.

We also offer a Junior Wellness Program for dogs and cats less than 8 years of age. This consists of a more basic blood profile plus a fecal exam at a discounted price. This analysis is helpful in establishing normal blood parameters in your pet, but can also sometimes detect potentially serious disease conditions that are not evident on physical exams alone. We especially recommend these profiles for pets that are scheduled to have elective surgical or anesthetic procedures preformed. This would include routine spaying, neutering, or dental procedures preformed under anesthesia.
